Florals

Many lessons can be learned in the garden - all we ever need is deep within our "soil" each "seed" waiting to sprout, unfold and reveal itself...

"J. Stone Flowers, Wild & Tame" pays tribute to the magical garden my mother created and nurtured for me many years ago, in the tiny space outside the three french windows of my bedroom at our summer home on a beautiful little lake in northwest Wisconsin.

Within a small triangle (the size of an eight foot mainsail) she'd transplanted columbine, fireflower, lobelia, wild iris, trillium, calla lily and blue flag - combined with poppies and sweet pea, periwinkle and roses...oh! it was lovely, come with me again - let's take another look!

P.S. Each card in our floral collection is individually painted, using translucent watercolor on recycled cotton content paper. These floral images are of my own design and each card we produce is hand painted by one of our staff artists who duplicates the original design. Any of our "J. Stone Flowers, Wild & Tame" can be mounted in standard 5x7 mat and framed, or used as stationery - whichever is preferred.
